"The initial experience on our first night was unpleasant. No guest should be subjected to the disgusting noise from the night club in the hotel. We should heve been told that this could be a possibility and we would have booked in another hotel. We also need to wait 30 minutes to be served tea."

"Light and airy entrance and first floor lounge was immaculate. The location is excellent. From the booking form it appeared that rooms were two person accomodation but room 440 was tiny and airless. I would have appreciated if the directions from Waverley Station had informed me that a lift was available at -4 floor, instead of having to carry cases up a dank dark stairway by the Scotsman."
