Walking from Princes Street (Airlink bus stop):
- Turn into Frederick Street and cross over George Street and the hotel is on your left-hand side, beside the Post Office and opposite Cafe Rouge.
By car from Queen Street:
- Turn into Frederick Street. The hotel is on the right, next to the Post Office.
Parking:
You can buy on-street tickets at pay metres on the surrounding streets or the closest multi-storey car park is at the St. James shopping centre. Full directions will be given on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

"Our family of four adults booked into the hotel for a 3-night city break. We had a double room and a twin room. The twin room was in fact a four-person family room, but we felt there would have been insufficient clothes storage space if fully occupied. The staff were polite and efficient, but no more than was required for the job. The standard of decor and maintenance is very high; everything seems to be relatively new and equipment in good working order. We would certainly be happy to stay here again. Generally, the breakfast arrangements with Rick's Restaurant across the road worked well, but one morning our breakfasts were not up to standard and we mentioned this to Rick's staff at the time."
