There is one room to the front of the property and others to the rear, overlooking the private gardens. Rooms with a high ceiling, featuring a double bed and a washbasin. Room are for a maximum of 2 people. Each room has its own private shower and toilet outside of the room. This large attic room occupies part of the roof space and has a sloping ceiling. There is a double bed for a maximum of 2 people. There are fine views over the rooftops toward West Edinburgh. This room can be converted to a twin room on request. |

By Road from City by-pass (A720) Take A702 towards City centre, from Bruntsfield Place (A702) turn left into Viewforth-Hartington Place 2nd. on left. From Airport; Airport bus to City centre, then Taxi or bus as from Waverley Station.

- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
