Directions
From the M6:
- Continue onto the A74(M) exiting at junction 13 onto the A702 which eventually leads right into Edinburgh.
- Once in the city, follow signs for Edinburgh Waverley train station. The hotel is almost opposite the Princes Street exit.
From the A1:
- Follow the A1(M) for Edinburgh.
- Follow signs for city centre and then Waverley train station. The hotel is almost opposite the Prices Street exit.
The hotel has no car parking of it own, though guests of the hotel receive a 20% discount on parking at the nearby Greenside Place NCP on Leith Street (just of the East End of Princes Street). Please bring the ticket you get from the car park to the hotel reception to get this discount.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

"I would have liked to know how many steps required to carry my luggage up and down...even without the lift being broken, there were quite a few stairs from the ground floor to the reception. Leaving the key is a good policy only if there is someone to retrieve it for you when you come back from a day of sightseeing or shopping. Standing and waiting while people check in or pay their bill was an irritant! The price of the room when factored with the inconvenience of the workmen and the broken lift seemed not to be best value for money. Hopefully this was a one-off."

"We were able to book in at 11.00 am which was a bonus but we had a room at the back close to a builders shoot. If we had been less exhausted on our arrival then we would have complained as for the price of the room this was poor and disappointing for a stay in Central Edinburgh"
